Adrie is a serial entrepreneur – having started his own company in 1975, he subsequently built and sold several. He is inspired by the younger generation, by their challenges and opportunities. In turn, he hopes to inspire them. His shares this passion via the community, launched in 2008 – The E.Factor, a community that has generated members all over the world.
